This statement holds true, regardless of the rank of the person posting a response. Captaincy does not preclude a mature attitude to public relations - rather it asumes it. If you wish to abuse First Officers, Cabin Crew or your Customers then you would be well advised to do so elsewhere. If you are unable to restrain yourself, then this can be done on your behalf.
