Every time I switch on my computer, I get a message that "MotiveDirectory has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL and will close".
Having pressed the OK button everything seems to continue as normal. I thought that it was something to do with my BT Broadband connection as it only started to occur after I installed Broadband, but I uninstalled that and it still occurred.
I have found out that MotiveDirectory is located in C

Program Files\Motive\AsstCommon, but, as with so much that goes on inside this machine, haven't the faintest idea what it does! Anyone got any ideas as to what the program does (and so what I am missing by having to close it every time I switch on) and how I might stop it causing this error (short of re-installing Windows - if that would work)?
