From the numbers IŽve seen there are less pilots operating per a/c at BU than at SK. There are several reasons for that ofcourse but taking all that into account the collective agreements are now not that different. The beancounters and their pilot helpers did for a while think that the SK agreement was a lot more efficient but they went back on that and are looking at it again
Hopefully weŽll start expanding real soon and this will all take care of itself
