OffCourse, as Your name indicates I think you might be a bit "Off Course"
There will most likely be som more surplus in both camps but lets try to take care of it collectivly and in due time (two years is my guess) the company will be screaming for pilots. In five years all h... is going to brake lose when there aren´t any qualified pilots to find anywhere!
But then again "time vil sjĺ" time will tell!
