I have heard of guys failing their sim and tech guiz and have been employed!you should be the sort of person the interviewer would enjoy spending three days in Singapore with!!
That's exactely right my friend, the only thing you achieve this way is a club of chaps that congratulate each other of the fact how good they are.
Having said so, this also means that on every PPC you will take, objectivity might be compromised.
I think it happens to be that those who have good skills and leadership qualities are usually not those that are nice to everybody.
