On the first day you join up in a group of 4 and get to know everyone. they introduce themselves and tell you how the object is not only for them to see you bu for you to see them as well, see how you like the outfit.first day you set around a big table with two captains asseses you and the group!!couple of team exercises which takes all morning.day two you visit the EK clinic and apartments. when you finish guided tour your taken back to sinm building and take 50 question multiple choise test.good advise to read on EK fleet and engines,basic knowledge of wx,technical,aerodynamics etc. Sim rid visual circut to land,V1 cut,sigle engine app and g/a.psychometric test on day three about 100 question multiple choice,than interview, tell us about yourself and your career! the interview lasts about 45min. I have heard of guys failing their sim and tech guiz and have been employed!you should be the sort of person the interviewer would enjoy spending three days in Singapore with!!
