AOPA has just received notice that the final date for submissions has
been extended to the 14th July 2004.
Over the past week AOPA has campaigned to have this deadline extended to
enable the industry to have their say.
After a positive meeting with Airservices CEO Bernie Smith, AOPA
President Ron Bertram is happy with the response and urges all those
that have not made a submission to do so as quickly as possible.
AOPA would like to thank those members who have had their say but the
industry needs to drive home the message that these increases are not
acceptable.
