The school will issue you a J1 visa which will allow you to get your licences and work for the school afterwards (you get 2 years on this visa). The school will give preference to their own students when hiring flight instructors and it is very rare that they do not hire you after training.
The best thing to do is get in touch with the admissions officers and they will be able to help you. They will be honest with you as they don't like seeing you coming all this way and not getting what was expected. If you want to talk to students who have done the course they will also get you some numbers / email addresses for you. You can contact them from the website or give them a call.
