Hey there again, I hope I've not put you off. When you've been with them a few months you may feel different(to my opinion). However, the issue with your leave will be the start of a long list.
Yes it's true that many people have gone to BA, me being one of them and they have never looked back. Bmi have a lot of issues to deal with. When people leave they talk about these issues at an exit interview but again, nothing is being done about them. It really is such a shame as it used to be such a fab company. If it was still like that, they would not have lost half the amount of crew. It's sad to see but it really opens your eyes when I and other crew get treated in such a disrespectful way.
It's now a company to enable new entrants to gain experience and then better their career prospects by moving on. It definitley not one to make a career with. I 'm sure that when you are out on line you'll see what I mean.
