Without doubt- reading back the instruction, then adding "confirm?" on the end.
ALL READBACKS ARE CONFIRMED! If you didn't hear the instruction properly, say "say again".
Another, when given "track direct to xxxxx", asking "is that from present position?" Where else could it be from?
