I've occasionally had the reaction of which you speak but think I've pinned it down to imbibing quantities of beer exceeding one UK gallon whereupon it all, er, refluxes with some considereable force
Sorry folks - sincere wishes for a permanent cure - had a very little of it and it is pretty uncomfortable.
