Can't blame PIA maint at MAN as the 777 is handled by Big Airways!
Surely you are not suggesting that the BA maintenance chaps were 'to blame' for these incidents are you?

Apparently, one aircraft has had 3 brake fires in a week all on different wheel positions and at least one other fire on another aircraft.

Either too much grease or the wrong spec is the likely culprit.
All the fires were on recently changed wheels!

I gather a BA engineer got his eyebrows burned in last weeks fire as it started as he was inspecting the brake to see where all the smoke was coming from.
