e320 u are totally right,right about people leaving QR that is,u see thats why Qatar Airways are soooo short of crew,they are told "if u don't like it then LEAVE"which is what the majority of crew do,and most of them end up in Dubai where they are happy little campers.The choice is yours but from talking to lots of crew and the postings on this fine website its not a very happy place to be unless u like playing golf on the sand??????Best of luck.
