Thanks very much for all the info. As far as I care you are 100% rigth, all I want is to gain a very good experience (jet time) 737 type rating, perhaps a good opportunity to gain quick command and as long as I make a decent salary for a year or so Iīll be happy.
Seems that this is the state of all airlines now a days but maybe with all the recruitment taking place at the moment they will struggle to keep or recruit pilots.
No doubt itīll be a steep in the ladder
