Diverted to EGLL time 1048z due shutdown of no1 engine and the remaining 3 engine running rough and unable to generate full power.
At 6 dme Rwy 27R the aircraft was at 7000ft should have been at approx 1800ft.
Pilots side slipped the aircraft generating one of the most spectacular approaches I've seen into EGLL and produced a perfect landing. They remained with EGLL Director until they were on the ground.
Well done to the pilots.
