B1 and B2

Here in the colonies, this refers to a couple of banana's on TV. Hence the mystery.

Anyone out there, probably Blighty, know how to convert an Australian CASA, ICAO type 2 licence, to B1 and/or B2?.

Who can issue them?.

We are under the belief down here that ICAO type 1 and 2 are different. Type 2 including all functions.
