This group with vested interest has taken upon itself to rescue the company from the "assumed bad DEC policy". What this lot forgets is that it is in no position to question the higher management's competence or sincerity to make cost effective policies that ensure the company's viability. In imposing upon the candidates their unwillingness to accept company policy, by allowing bias or prejudice or vested interest to sway honest assessment certain EK recruitment and fleet personnel are in fact damaging the very company that sustains them. It is expected of the rebels in EK recruitment team to be above board and discharge their duties honestly and be worthy of the trust reposed in them. Many instances are being shared by EK would be DEC candidates who went through the entire selection process and after having performed well were wrongly denied a rightful place within EK. It is hoped that Emirates' higher management will rigourously investigate the deliberate misreporting to it of candidates' assessment, in order for EK recruitment to be judged as fair and transparent.
