Not a logbook, but helpful freeware Palm application is WinterOPS. WinterOPS can be downloaded from
www.pohltec.ch and allows you to decode runway state messages (MOTNE reports) into a plain language summary of type of deposit, extent, depth and braking action. It also calculates headwind and crosswind components after entering the surface wind and the runway. It's written for Airbus-pilots, but may also be helpful for other pilots.
Take a look at the website, I just noticed that the author, Martin Pohl, has added additional features.
I'm still looking for specific 737NG Palm applications. Anyone?
