I researched Monarch's cabins before a trip to the Maldives in 10.02. (There's another thread about them
here.) Concluded that their premium cabin seating was only slightly better than normal scheduled Y, and the main cabin was infinitely worse - and therefore decided to go with EK and take the connection in both directions. In retrospect, I would not change an iota of that decision.
