If, as you say it, the curfew is 0600 to 2200, you won't get many people there at all! But if it was 2200 to 0600, it makes more sense.
And there can never be too many heliports. You can never tell when some councillor will have a development plan for the foreshore or the footy stadium and there goes the rescue pad or the commercial pad.
A heliport in Northern Sydney? Don't hold your breath.
