This give an aerial view of the site as of 2 weeks ago, Tommorow is the start of major earthworks to complete stormwater drainage, installation of underground tanks,landing pads, carparking and landscaping, estimated time for completion 9-10 weeks. Since this Photo was taken the hangar door has been installed. The large structure is the Hangar with the smaller roof being the office and reception lounge.
Just to the bottom out of the photo is the Hunter river which will be the app/dep flight paths. There will also be a FATO with helipad lighting for night ops. There are no ristrictions on aircraft types that can be operated and there is a 7 day a week 0600 to 2200 curfew excluding emergency ops. I will keep you all posted
