English Pax - sounds like we followed the same path! I dabbled with rotary after receiving a royal shafting from PMA mid 90's (I think 12 out of the 14 on my course ended up at Shawbury, all of us having passed FJLIN @ Linton). Seem to remember the RAF suddenly needing a huge amount of Fast Jet dudes a few years later, funny old thing - don't suppose it will be any different come 2007ish......

To the guys who end up in the 1/3, I think the phrase rhymes with 'Clucking Bell'. I know how you feel but try to be like the Murphys - it's better than carrying a chip around (I only recently got rid of mine and I saw it destroy others).

At least the KingAir's got lots of flashy lights and leather seats . See you in York House for a pint and a moan....
