When on lay off last summer, I set up 3 interviews with EU jet (all in SNN, transport at my own expense, even though the base was not SNN but UK or mainland EU). Every interview was changed or cancelled by EU Jets. Finally about 3 months later, I was invited to interview for a BHX based position, no accomm provided as it was BHX fixed base, but I wasn't interested in working out of BHX and getting my own place up there. (no offence to all you BHX-ers!).
I've heard they are a fun and relaxed place to work, but there seems to be a lack of stability and an element of disorganisation there.
