Did anyone hear a discussion on radio 5 live, Sunday night. Some Junior football league in Scotland have changed the rules. If a team is winning more than 4-0 at half time the score is back to 0-0 and the loosing team can bring on an extra player in case the kids are emotionally damaged.
What the hell is really going on in this Country.
