At long last...received this morning...
"I refer to the correspondence dated 26 February 2004, which stated that your Flight Attendant application would be extended on our short list until 31st March 2004.
Firstly, our apologies that no notification was provided to you prior to 31st March 2004. This was due in part to our confirming of possible recruitment opportunities, which delayed our advice to you.
I now wish to advise you that opportunities for Flight Attendant positions may be available mid 2004 and in view of this we would like to extend your shortlist application to 28th May 2004.
Should opportunities arise within this period, it may be a requirement, prior to any offer of employment that you participate in a selection and a review of your application. This will be advised to you at the time. You should be aware this advice does not amount to a guarantee or commitment to a position with Qantas.
As the short list will be continued it is important that you keep all your documentation such as First Aid Certificate and Passport up to date. Should your personal details, or documentation change these may easily be updated by amending your application form directly via
