Skywagon, recently many pilots in NZ with around your experience have found themselves in the paradoxical position of having too much total time - ie. third level airlines won't touch them, cause soon as they get a bit of multi, they'll be off to bigger things (that's the perception anyway). I think your best bet is to do a multi instructor endorsement as these are also in short supply. Other than that, here's a list of companies to try:
Sunair, Mountain Air, Great Barrier Airlines - these are your best bet but there are others. PM me if you want more info.
