Unfortunately, speedbird_heavy you unintentionally got caught up in one of the great issues affecting PPrune these days, the great MYT/MYL protection effort. In essence this means that anybody who posts a comment about MYT/MYL that is not 100% positive and supportive is immediately and aggressively accused of "attacking" them, spreading unfounded rumours, talking them down, being anti-british, failing to support colleagues and for all I know, killing the Kennedy brothers. Any mention of past financial difficulties is unwise - Apparently this was all caused by competitors
MTL have clearly been through a difficult time recently, and part of the internal recovery process is that employee confidence should be boosted, as everybody pulls together to turn the company around. Unfortunately, they feel obliged to spread this attitude around outside the company as well.
For the time being, it's probably best to read but not post anything about MYT/MYL. Time will tell. If they're as good as they would have us believe, then (in a few years time) when they have paid their debts and returned to profit and market dominance we shall all be eating crow. If they're not that good, then nothing said here will matter anyway!
