and they are offering permanent to MAM casuals...it probably comes down to the wonderful Geoff Dixon world of "cost-cutting".
They don't have to train MAM casuals, they are already there. Where as they do have to train the regionals, then leaving the regionals to do some recruiting to cover the loss. Once again, they are covering their own butts by screwing the regionals... just another day my friends.
Technically(which means nothing), they actually owe EAA 18spots to progression and the latest intake was four!!! With back-up promises of four more mid-year. Correct me if I'm wrong but that only adds up to eight!
