Your posting is easy enough to understand for anyone who's been around the block a few times. We've all been there - you go out of your way to be polite yourself, then get treated like s**t in return.
Unfortunately, seem to be a lot of people with big chips on their shoulders who would rather use the thread as an excuse for attacking airline pilots in general.
