first dubai is not what ek is claiming to be,i have being there lots of times,every time is more expensive on everything take it from electical goods to anything else
as far as the airport forgeted they dont know left or right,as far as ek staff being rude is not the right word they just not proffesionals
now moving on to the airline it self i dont really want to say much but if i had a choice i would never fly with them again
