As a big deal airline captain I am suprised that you are so poorly paid that you have to travel ID90.
Put your hand in your pocket and buy a ticket which will probably
get you home on time. If you cannot afford the fare just stay at home and avoid the problems.
Commercial aviation is full of cheapskates. Do not blame Emirates for your own problems, any time I travelled with them as crew/pos. they were great.
I always fly First or Buisness at my own expense. It ensures that you avoid the whingers.
