Blocking video calls

Any suggestions on blocking video calls on my phone? It's a Samsung Galaxy variant using One UI 8.5 and Android version 16.

I keep getting spam video calls and I never call anyone via a video phone call. When I get a call, it's always from an email address rather than a phone number. More often than not, it's from a Gmail address, but I suspect the addresses are spoofed. I've been trying to find a way to block such calls without success. I could also try to disable video calls, but I'm concerned it'll break something I need.

Any ideas or suggestions? Even how banning calls from an email account would help.
