One started with Aeros at Leeds East but has had a bad time so far, partly weather related but also because they want a dual license and availability of dual instructors has provided really difficult at Aeros apparently.
I've been told that Aeros aren't taking on any more dual-licence students and I know at least one other commercial school was reviewing whether to continue EASA training. From what I've heard, EASA aren't particularly keen on dual-licence training being available in the UK and their audit fees are astronomical.
