Sorry to read your story. First and foremost change your AME. If you're not getting the response and guidance needed to restore your licence then try speaking to another one who is prepared to listen and help.

Most health conditions are listed on the CAA website with acceptable means of compliance laid out to restore a licence. In the event you cannot get the guidance you need then as a last resort consult the CAA medical department directly. In the event of restoring a Class 1 certificate they would need to be involved anyway so you might as well speak to them direct.
