The so called downing of the 2 F-15E by Typhoon should have happened - no questions - right?. So why is that an issue - the reports state that they (Typhoon & Mud Hen) are a generation between them. If EF-2000 is so good, why do you even compare it to F-15E. - I think that you all have something to prove here. Comparing Europe's FUTURE Jet to USAF's CURRENT Jet means that you may be still have doubts about its performance.
...by the way, F-15E would still be my choice - if I had the opportunity to do so...
