Err, "over half of mission capable fleet" of USAF E-3s were deployed to the Middle East in mid-February, at least one NATO E-3 was deployed to Turkey from Geilenkirchen earlier this month. There is, I understand, and RAAF E-7 in theatre. Presumably the USN, and Marine Nationale have E-2s operating in the area - one assumes they are speaking to the RAF/RN for deconfliction at least
