There are no accelerated command FO positions at RX like EK is doing. The upgrade plan that has been communicated verbally is for FOs joining the 787 to fly around 2,000 hours in the right seat and then upgrade on the A321.
Question is... Will they honor it (everything going well with deliveries and stuff)? Or if you are an expat you won't stand a chance?
