Is an aircraft’s owner responsible for a pilot’s qualifications?
- United Kingdom.

- Part-NCO “private” helicopter, G-reg.

- hired to a (UK CAA) PPL holder for their own recreational flying.

Is the aircraft owner responsible for the pilot’s qualification. For example, the pilot’s differences training validity. If yes, by which regulation?
