Be aware, very aware.
”MartinAir” as such is wholly owned by KLM but their pilots operate under a different contract and as far as I am aware there is no “flow” to KLM.
So the question is how long you’d like to be a 74 FO before they retire their last 74’s.
I may be wrong here but I believe KLM transferred some, if not all, of their 74 freighters to the MartinAir AOC in order for cheaper crews to fly them.
If it’s still the same as as from a couple years ago they keep it very unclear if you are a KLM or MartinAir employee.
You may very well end up being a MartinAir employee flying an aircraft in KLM livery at MartinAir pay with no clear path to KLM when the music stops.
