Hey,
Although I don't know a lot about their combined Egnatia/ACT program, other than flipping through the brochure, i'd stay away from it.
Although for things like that it really boils down to peoples situation, Time as well as Money wise, so I'm sure it can work for some people, after having done some research into Egnatia, i.e. talking to people who where there, and among the reports hearing quite a few horror stories, I certainly wouldn't give them my money.
Not withstanding, it doesn't mean it couldn't be a suitable program for people, but based on my personal experience with a couple of schools, and hearing about the shady way Egnatia in particular deals with its students I can only advise on a hard pass.
This program is mostly just a money grab, tying people in to a scheme they can't get out of. If anybody is considering an ATP License with a Bachelors degree, there are far better options out there.
There where quite few organisations in Germany having programs like that, if i remember the Technical University of Aachen was offering A BSc in Aeronautical Engineering with an option for an added ATPL. Either way if a BSc BA or any other academic degree to accompany an ATPL is of interest to anybody, going modular is certainly the way to go, since an academic degree combined with an ATP license is a more long term commitment anyhow, and most importantly you are not tied to a school long term in case you are not happy with them.
Anyhow hope this is helpful,
Cheers
