My Question now is, with none of Rex’s ordinary unsecured creditors receiving anything, these include airports, refuelers, ground handlers etc why do they now, not allow rex to use the airports, don’t sell them fuel etc?
The government can pay PAG out, a company who knew the risk when signing the dotted line, but leave all other investors out in the cold. This would then leave the government with egg on its face.
