That's strange, Air Ts post on their LinkedIn mentioned "Preserving Jobs and Renewing the Fleet" just 2 days ago!

I think it is probably fair to say that at this stage Air T will say and promise many things to get this deal done. Short of guaranteeing staff super and leave balances. Paradoxically if the company failed they would have some recourse under FEG, if it continues to trade one would expect that the ATO is required to insist on the superannuation being paid out. Can this be agreed away by a deed of company arrangement and vote by the employees as creditors?
