They would email back and if good to go, print that email off and take it with you when you check in. Having that confirmation in your hand in writing from the airline might potentially save you a lot of stress at check in....especially since they are not usually employed by the airline so might not take your word for it that everything is good to go, whereas armed with paperwork from the airline stating its all OK, they have no argument.

Provided, of course, that the airline bothers to reply to your email.
