Very defeatist statements there.
I’m sure the business folk expending time effort and dollars are not tarting up a dead duck. Once it has its CoA or Permit to fly, and it checks out like any other aircraft then it should be allowed to depart.Southbound and an early turn over the old 12 strip and built up areas are avoided.
Those that are putting it back to work, and saving a rarity in the process should be commended
