I have been offered a Job in KLM, currently I am flying for a low cost carrier in Europe but I also have offers to fly the 747 for Singapore or Cathay. Each to his own, as always, and I have no idea what age you are or what your experience is, nor what your long term dreams are. However, if I was in your shoes I would dive headlong into KLM, as it is a career airline with an excellent contract.
From what I hear about CX, run as far away as possible. As to SQ, I have no info, but I would be surprised if they offer a bloke (from Manchester?) the same career progression as a local.
If you pass on KLM, chances are good that you will (in the future) consider it the worst decision of your life.... Just saying..
Be smart, take the long-term view, and if you sometime in the future would like some adventure, there might be some leave opportunity for you to go a year or two somewhere exotic and fly, and then come back to the mothership.
