Actually, there is a fierce rivalry between the two countries when it comes to sport. Remember Rijkaard at the 1990 world cup? Having said that, I encountered very pleasant people from the Netherlands. So yes, my choice would be KLM over CX, SQ etc. The big shiny jet syndrome will wear off very quickly.
