Just to add, this is available from date of joining. Commuting as an additional crew member, only restrictions are having to be in uniform and carry-on bags only.

dan.cat3c has experienced the things he mentioned, but I have not had any such rude, or arrogant, or racist colleagues yet. Perhaps those colleagues responded in kind to the attitude they were presented with?
