"Industry veteran Neil Hansford says he is well advanced with the launch of Australian Challenge Airways next year. The carrier will be a regional narrow body freight only airline financed in Australia and drawing on the pool of experience available from the failure of Ansett Airlines in September 2001. Australian Challenge Airways has made the pre-application for the AOC, says Australia-based Hansford, who will head up the company as CEO. Routes and frequencies are still to be finalised
