WR 3-6, no nothing grandiose, just a big user of DCA services talking to DCA managers at a working level about concerns they (AA) may have had re operating into the field. Normal business practice really. Of course, that may not be the way it works in the USA........ or elsewhere tbh. Corporations (Govt or Commercial) are skilled in the art of avoiding unpleasant issues as I have seen countless times!
But I doubt AA even did the analysis in the first place to flag up the issue to start with ......................................................... Nuff said in my eyes at least!
