If you're driving or flying it yourself - most certainly.
A significant number of people who have been financially successful have character traits that may help in business but don't help keep you alive in a helicopter - Contrarianism, disregard for rules, increased risk appetite, overconfidence, aggression.
This can also apply to occasions where they are being flown by other people and they apply excessive pressure to get where they want to go.
It's not a new phenomenon sadly.
I'd like to hope that Mr Fishwick learns a few lessons before he learns the very hard way.
